Grinnell College's Noah Tsukuda '27, from Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. (Los Osos), has been named the Midwest Conference Men's Swimming nd Diving Performer of the Week.

Tsukuda broke the Pioneers' school and MWC records in the 1000-yard freestyle at the Grinnell Last Chance Meet Saturday. His clocking of 9 minutes, 35.44 seconds shattered the previous school and league marks of 9:38.91 set in 2015 by Ian Dixon-Anderson. Tsukuda also swam the 50 free in 22.08 and 100 free in 47.94.
