Box Score LAKE FOREST, Ill. – The Grinnell College volleyball team lost a three-set contest to Midwest Conference unbeaten Lake Forest College Friday night.

The Foresters, who moved to 3-0 in the MWC and 12-6 overall, won by scores of 25-21, 25-18 and 25-15. Grinnell dipped to 1-2 in the MWC and 3-18 overall.

Claire Weidman '15 had nine kills and Cheyenne Hickox '15 eight for Grinnell. Bethine Moore '13 delivered 26 assists, Sydney McClendon '16 had two aces and Lindsay Fujimoto '15 came up with 14 digs. Michelle Briggs '13 had a pair of blocks.

Grinnell plays at Beloit College Saturday, beginning at 1 p.m.
