STEVENS POINT, Wis. – Nate Kolacia broke the Grinnell College men's indoor mile record Saturday with a clocking of 4:20.16 at the Point Open.
 
That breaks the old mark of 4:20.39, run by Rob Park in 1999.
 
Kolacia was third in the race.
 
Adam Dalton added a fifth-place finish in the 5000-meter run in 15:16.32. That ranks ninth in program history.
