MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - Grinnell College's Lucas Fadden '26 will continue an already extraordinary men's track and field season in a few weeks at the NCAA Division III Championship.

The star sprinter punched his ticket to nationals in the 100-meter dash, the first-ever Grinnell men's track and field athlete to qualify in the event.

Fadden's time of 10.49 seconds ranks 15th in the 22-competitor field. Prelims at Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium next Friday afternoon, with the final set for Saturday afternoon.
