ABCA/Rawlings All-Region Team
GRINNELL, Iowa – Grinnell College's incredible baseball season has resulted in the Pioneers earning their most American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA)/Rawlings All-Region selections since 2018.

Connor Goodson '26 was named to the NCAA Division III Region 9 second team, while
Ethan Crawford '25 and
Mac McCain '25 were third-team picks. All three were named to infield spots, Goodson at first base, Crawford at catcher and McCain at second base. All three were also All-Midwest Conference first-team picks.

Goodson's name is sprinkled throughout Grinnell's program leader list. He ranked third in GC history in at-bats this season (158), fourth in games played (40) and doubles (17), fifth in total bases (106) and sixth in runs (40). He also posted 332 fielding chances and 314 putouts, which rank third and second in program history, respectively. With a season to go, he is fourth on the Pioneers' career slugging percentage chart (.598) and 10
th in on-base percentage (.438).

Crawford belted 12 homers and had 109 total bases in 2025, both second all-time at Grinnell. He also established a school record by being hit by 18 pitches and posted the sixth-most RBIs in program history with 47. On the career chart, Crawford is first in hit by pitch (35), second in home runs (29) and third in fielding chances and putouts (778 and 700, respectively). He was also named to the D3baseball.com All-Region Team.

McCain established numerous school records this season, including games played (42), at-bats (179), hits (64) and RBIs (61). He had 108 total bases, which ranks third in program history, and his 43 runs and four sacrifice flies rank fourth. On the career list, McCain holds school records for games played with 152, at-bats with 616, runs with 135, hits with 227 and sacrifice flies with 17. He was also named to the D3baseball.com All-Region Team.

The All-Region individual awards went to Illinois College's Charlie Lardi (Pitcher of the Year) and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater's Matt Scolan (Position Player of the Year).
