Grinnell College Athletics

For the fourth time in the young season, a Grinnell College athlete has been named Midwest Conference Softball Position Player of the Week.
 
This week's honoree is Taylor Durak '24, a designated player/right fielder from Joliet, Ill. (Joliet Township West).
 
Durak had an absolute monstrous week, hitting a scorching .765 with a 1.000 slugging percentage and .800 on-base percentage. She was 13-of-17 at the plate in six games, churning out 11 RBIs, four doubles and seven runs. Durak had two or more hits in each of the six games. Additionally, she had a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage.
