Box Score GRINNELL, Iowa – Carroll University shot out to a 3-0 halftime lead on its way to a 6-0 victory over Grinnell College Sunday in men's soccer action at Springer Field.

The visitors won the shots battle 16-3, with Elliot Meyer '15, Rockne Decoster '15 and Joseph Brown '15 getting Grinnell's shots.

Isaiah Tyree '15 worked the goal for the first half for Grinnell and had two saves, while Major May '17 had four saves in the second half.

Carroll is now 2-0 in the Midwest Conference and 6-2-1 overall, while Grinnell dipped to 0-2 in league play and 2-6 in all contests.

Grinnell returns to Springer Field Saturday to face Beloit College in a MWC contest. Action begins at 1:30 p.m.
