GRINNELL, Iowa – Grinnell College's women's tennis team worked past Central College 5-4 on Sunday.
 
Grinnell collected four of its wins in singles. Shirlene Luk '15 won 6-3, 6-2 at the No. 1 spot, Hannah Cook '18 won 6-4, 6-3 at No. 3, Julia Rumley '16 won 7-5, 6-1 at No. 5 and Minna Montgomery '16 won 6-1, 6-0 at No. 6.
 
Grinnell also won No. 3 doubles with Syndey Banach '18 and Rumley by an 8-1 score.
Grinnell is now 13-7, while Central dipped to 9-7.
