That was the story for the Grinnell College women's tennis team, which wrapped up its third 9-0 decision of the weekend Sunday afternoon by toppling Cornell College at 10th Avenue Courts.

Grinnell (5-0, 3-0 Midwest Conference) posted shutouts in three of the five singles matches contested, and also had a forfeit win. Winning 6-0, 6-0 were
Sabrina Tang '23 at No. 1,
Irene Agusti '24 at No. 3 and
Utsah Kalra '25 at No. 4.
Lily Perrin '25 posted a 6-1, 6-0 decision at No. 5 and
Ioanna Giannakou '24 won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 2.

In doubles play,
Mira Manchanda '24 teamed with
Erin Jarvis '25 to win 8-1 at the top spot and Agusti and
Sydney Marin '25 posted an 8-2 decision at No. 2. The third spot was a forfeit.

The Pioneers head to the ITA Regional Championships next weekend, hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
