SANDESTIN, Fla. – Grinnell College's women's golf team wrapped up a superb showing at the Golfweek October Classic Tuesday, finishing the three-day event with the second-best 54-hole total in program history.
 
Grinnell shot a 303 Tuesday against some of the finest teams in the nation to finish with an overall score of 898. That was good for fourth place among 24 teams but also a program-best besides last year's 873 at the 2024 league meet.
 
Vidushi Keni '26 fired a 2-under-par 70 Tuesday at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort for an overall score of 222, which ranks eighth in program history. Keni, who had five birdies on the day, finished 10^th of 120 golfers.
 
Waverly Yang '28 shot a 75 Tuesday with the aid of two birdies for a 227, while Kavya Keshav '26 posted an 84 for a 230. She had one birdie on Tuesday.
 
Amy Nguyen '26 and Emily Lackershire '27 each finished at 232 after shooting scores of 76 and 82, respectively.
 
Williams College was the team champion with an 872.
