2025 All-MWC Volleyball
GRINNELL, Iowa – For the fifth season in a row, Grinnell College has placed at least four players on the All-Midwest Conference Volleyball Team.

The Pioneers have four on this year's squad, led by first-teamers
Millie Leonard '27 and
Kylie Snell '26. Leonard is a repeat selection to the first team.

Grinnell also had two players on the second team,
Keira Sullivan '27 and
Kylie-Ann Smith '27.

Leonard led the league in hitting percentage with a .443 mark and ranked third in both kills and points per set at 3.44 and 4.11, respectively. Leonard also was 10
th in league play with 0.44 aces per set. She was tops for the Pioneers in overall kills with 272.

Snell ranked fourth in the MWC in hitting percentage with a .342 efficiency. She led the team in blocks with 46 and was fourth in kills with 147.

Sullivan was among the league's top 15 in kills (2.48 per set), points (3.08 per set) and aces (0.40 a set). She was second on the team in overall kills with 188.

Smith, who reached the 1,000-assist mark for her career on the season's final day, ranked second in the league in assists per set with 7.41 and third in aces with 0.67 a set.

Kaylee Celus of Monmouth College earned MWC Player of the Year honors, while the Newcomer of the Year was Audrey Weier of Lawrence University. Lawrence also had the Coaching Staff of the Year.
