GRINNELL, Iowa – Grinnell College's Demi Oni '27 has been selected the Midwest Conference Men's Soccer Offensive Performer of the Week in voting by the league's sports information directors.
 
Oni, a forward from New York, N.Y. (Masters School), assisted Grinnell's opening goal at Lawrence University on Saturday and then scored the game-winner with under five minutes left in the Pioneers' 2-1 victory. On the goal, he tracked down a massive kick by keeper Jack Alexander '29 on the right side of the field, took a few touches toward the box and lofted a perfect strike into the upper left part of the net.
 
The MWC Defensive Performer of the Week is Sam Satisky of Lake Forest College.
