Box Score GRINNELL, Iowa – The Grinnell College men's soccer team battled St. Norbert College to a 0-0 tie in Midwest Conference action Sunday at Springer Field.
 
The Pioneers posted their eighth shutout of the season while moving to 2-2-3 in the MWC and 6-3-5 overall. St. Norbert is now 3-1-3 in league play and 9-2-3 in all contests.
 
Grinnell keeper Isaiah Tyree '15, who entered the contest leading the nation in save percentage, had another impressive effort with 11 saves. He now has a .955 save percentage for the season and 0.27 goals against average.
 
The Pioneers, who narrowly missed scoring on a handful of occasions, won the shots battle 19-14. Joseph Brown '15 had four shots, Elliot Meyer '15 took three and Artis Curiskis '18, Nicholas Brule '17 and Jake O'Polka '15 had two apiece.
 
Grinnell plays a MWC contest Saturday at Monmouth College, starting at noon.
