Jensen's big effort at the net propels her to MWC Volleyball Performer of the Week honor

GRINNELL, Iowa - Grinnell College's Olivia Jensen '21, a middle blocker from Lino Lakes, Minn. (Centennial), has been named the Midwest Conference Volleyball Offensive Performer of the Week.
 
Jensen was simply dominant at the net during the Grinnell College Tournament, hitting a whopping .549 as the Pioneers racked up three wins against no losses. She pounded down 32 kills in 51 attempts with just four errors.
 
In a win over Concordia Chicago, Jensen had the second-best hitting efficiency in Pioneer history at .750. In that match, she had nine kills in 12 attempts and no errors. Jensen currently ranks eighth in the MWC in hitting efficiency with a .297 mark.
 
The MWC Defensive Performer of the Week is Sydney Meeker of Cornell College.
