GENEVA, Ill. - Grinnell College's cross country teams will look to be peaking at the right time when they compete in the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional Championships Saturday.

The women's 6-kilometer race at Northwestern Medicine Cross Country Course is at 11 a.m., followed by the men's 8-kilometer race at noon.

Team champs of each of the nation's 10 regions advance to the NCAA D-III Nationals, along with 22 at-large teams. Once the championship field of 32 teams is established, the top seven individual finishers from each region who are not members of qualifying teams will also advance to nationals.

The national meet is Saturday, Nov. 19, at Forest Akers in Lansing, Mich.
