DECORAH, Iowa –  Emma Wharton-Hsieh '27 led Grinnell College's entries at Friday afternoon's Luther College Saga Cup cross country meet.
 
Wharton-Hsieh recorded a time of 25 minutes, 17.4 seconds on the 6-kilometer course. Other scorers for the Pioneers were Eleanor Elliott-Rude '25 (25:30.1), Hannah Roth '27 (25:42.9), Sophia Ford '25 (26:28.9) and Grace Charron '26 (26:28.9). Also for Grinnell, Quinby Rainey '27 ran 26:50.1 and Ginger Mullen '25 finished in 27:01.3.
 
Grinnell's next action will be Nov. 11 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional Championship in Waverly.
