All-MWC Men's Tennis
GRINNELL, Iowa – Grinnell College's
Wilder Cooke '25 is the leader of a strong Pioneer charge on the All-Midwest Conference Men's Tennis Team for 2024-25.

Cooke was named the MWC's Player of the Year after guiding the Pioneers to their 21
st consecutive MWC crown, matching the longest streak in the league in any sport. He also led the Pioneers to the MWC Team Tournament crown, sending the squad to the NCAA Division III Tournament for the 18
th season in a row.

Cooke, a five-time MWC individual champ in his career, posted 25 overall victories this season between singles and doubles. Joining Cooke on the MWC All-Conference singles squad were teammates
Lucas Willett '26,
Henry Park '28 and
Aman Kothari '28. Willett, Park and Kothari were also named All-MWC in doubles play, as was
Aiden Klass '25.

Willett, who has 24 victories this season, has won six MWC titles in his career and Klass, a 20-match winner in 2024-25, owns three crowns. Park has 21 victories and is a MWC singles champ, while Kothari has 16 wins this season.

Other MWC major award winners besides Cooke were Newcomer of the Year Felipe Moraes of Lake Forest College and Coach of the Year Scott Weakley of Illinois College. Illinois College also claimed the Sportsmanship Award.
