EDINBURGH, Ind. – Grinnell College's men's golfers will look to continue their successful campaign later this weekend when they compete in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) Championships.
 
The meet, which will be contested for the first time ever at Timbergate Golf Course in Edinburgh, Ind., begins Sunday and continues through Tuesday. The winner of the 13-team event earns the league's automatic berth to the NCAA Division III Championships.
 
Grinnell is averaging a 315.8 score, with Roger Smith '28 leading the pack with a 75.1. Other team members and averages are Thornton Walker '25 (77.0), Eshaan Sethi '25 (81.1), Kevin Carpenter '25 (83.6) and John Robinson '25 (87.9).
