GRINNELL, Iowa – For the second time this season, Grinnell College's Lucas Fadden '26 has claimed Midwest Conference Men's Track Performer of the Week honors.
 
Fadden, from Duxbury, Mass. (Duxbury), ran the ninth-fastest time at the NCAA Division III level this season in the 200-meter dash while beating several D-I and D-II opponents Friday. Competing at the University of Iowa's Larry Wieczorek Invitational, Fadden posted runner-up honors with a time of 21.61 seconds. That time, converted to a flat track school-record of 22.00, leads the MWC by nearly a quarter of a second.
 
Blake Orwig of Monmouth College was the Men's Field Performer of the Week. Honorees on the women's side were Cornell College's Ava Claussen-Tubbs (Track) and Monmouth's Kayla Braun (Field).
