Grinnell women's soccer team falls to Carroll

Box Score WAUKESHA, Wis. – The Carroll women's soccer team worked past Grinnell College 2-0 Sunday afternoon.

The hosts scored solo goals in the first and second halves to move to 2-2 in Midwest Conference play and 3-6-1 overall. Grinnell fell to 3-2 in the league and 6-6 overall.

Grinnell managed six shots, those coming from Carolyn Silverman '17, Elle Silverman '15, Eva Smith '16, Kristen Stacey '16, Annika Halverson '18 and Francesca Varias '18.

Keeper Katy Oldach '16 had 11 saves.

The Pioneers play at Beloit College on Saturday, starting at 1:30 p.m.
