GRINNELL, Iowa - Due to the local weather forecast, the Midwest Conference Women's Soccer Tournament at Springer Field will be played Saturday and Sunday instead of the originally-scheduled Friday-Saturday format.

Friday's forecast calls for 1 to 2 inches of rain along with thunderstorms throughout the day.

Saturday's first semifinal at 11 a.m. will pit top-seeded Grinnell College and fourth-seeded Cornell College. The second semifinal between second-seeded Lake Forest College and third-seeded Beloit College is at 2 p.m.

The title match will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, with that winner earning the league's automatic berth to the NCAA Division III Tournament.
