Grinnell women post personal bests at Wash U meet

GRINNELL, Iowa - Grinnell College's Hannah Roth '27 and Sophia Ford '25 established personal-bests at the Washington University Distance Carnival as the Pioneers' women's track and field team competed in a pair of late-week meets.

Roth recorded a time of 19 minutes, 4.51 seconds in the 5000-meter run and Ford went 43:04.13 in the 10,000.

Teammate Maile Crowe '25 competed in the 100 and 200 at the Central College Invitational, recording times of 13.39 and 27.50, respectively.

On Saturday at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational, Aiyana Rockwell '24 placed fourth in the discus with a toss of 38.04 meters.
