Grinnell baseball team puts 5 on CSC Academic All-District® baseball team

Ian Feld is 3-time honoree, while Jakob Runkel is 2-time winner

Academic All-District® Team

GRINNELL, Iowa - Grinnell College has put five players on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® Baseball Team for the 2025 season.

Honorees include Ian Feld '25, Ethan Crawford '25, Jakob Runkel '26, Connor Goodson '26 and Stuart Cash '27. Feld is a three-time selection to the squad and Runkel is a two-time honoree. Their efforts helped Grinnell to the Midwest Conference Tournament and its second-best victory total in program history.

The squad, selected by College Sports Communicators including Grinnell Sports Information Director Ted Schultz, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances at the competition venue and in the classroom. Academic All-District® performers are eligible to be considered for Academic All-America® recognition.
